Care of property
- In order to keep all parties involved safe and covered, D's Lawncare has a strict no-obstacle policy. Because of insurance requirements, we are not permitted to move anything that could pose a safety risk while cutting your lawn, including but not limited to pool furniture, patio furniture, pools, trampolines, or anything else that may get in the way of the lawnmower. We kindly request that all of the listed items and other obstacles be removed from the lawn by the customer prior to the cutting date. If, however, the obstacles are unavoidable, please be on site during the lawn cutting process to move them safely out of the way. Thank you for your cooperation and helping us keep everyone safe. If the obstacles cannot be moved we will attempt to mow around them and weed eat as safe as possible.
- To ensure the safety of both children and animals, we would appreciate it if all toys and accessories associated with them were removed from the area before our arrival. Please be aware that we are not liable for any damages that occur.
- Our team strives to provide a complete experience with our services. To this end, we ask you to provide us with a worksite that has been prepared in advance. Part of this preparation includes removal of debris or other objects that might damage the equipment or slow down progress. If you fail to remove all debris, you might incur an extra charge of no more than $25.00. This is necessary so that we can perform our task as efficiently as possible without delays or damages. We appreciate your cooperation.
- ***All overgrown properties are charged at a higher rate, usually at the price x the number of times the lawn was cut. New edge lines created with a metal edger blade will be charged an additional fee. Excess clippings that are bagged and hauled are priced per bag collected.

Estimate
- All written estimates are valid 14 days from the date written on the estimate
- Labor estimate will remain the same, materials are subject to change
Scheduling / Cancellations / Rescheduling
- D's Lawncare understands that there may be situations that arise which are unforeseen, and service may need to be rescheduled. We want our clients to know that we understand that things happen. However, please keep in mind that if there are three or more cancellations within a consecutive period of time, then it may result in you being removed from the schedule.
- D’s Lawncare understands that bad weather can happen, so we will reschedule service as needed. For example, if it's raining hard, we will reschedule your service date. We will only do your lawn work if it's safe to do so, so don't worry about getting the work done in the rain. We're here to serve you, not get the job done at any cost. We're aware of Mother Nature, and we don't want to do anything that might be risky for us or our customers..
- For D's Lawncare service, no one is required to be on the property when the service is being done. If there is a locked gate at your property, please leave it unlocked with the padlock nearby, and we will secure it upon completion of the service. Alternatively, if you have a gate with a combination lock, please provide D's Lawncare with the combination. We understand that this might not always be possible, which is why we also give the option for you to be present during the service. If there is no access provided to the property to perform a service, we will have to reschedule, which will have a $15 fee for rescheduling. We look forward to taking care of your lawn!
- D’s Lawncare provides year-round service to all of our residential clients within the Killeen- Temple Region. During the growing season, which is February 15th–November 15th, you can expect our service address to be in your area somewhere between 6 and 10 days. During the dormant season, the service period is every 15 to 30 days.
Forms Payment
- D’s Lawncare will send an invoice or receipt after service completion.
- All payments must be made after completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- D's Lawncare accepts the following payments ( cash, local check, cash app, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards.)
- All payments made by credit card are subject to sales tax 8.25% and processing fee
Deposits
- All landscaping projects are subject to a 50% deposit before the start of the job.
- All tree trimming jobs are subject to 50% deposit
- Junk Removals are subject to a 50% deposit
- Fence Projects are subject to a 50% deposit
Contracts
- All commercial properties are subject to a 12-month contract and renewed annually
